ganguly had some difference with other players of the team....
and also used to talk behind-the-back......
and was creating rifts.....
the coach was there just for sake of being there....
he was playing bad games....
not leading properly....no strategy.....
criticising for bad performances.....
dravid was in a tiff n under lot of pressure.....
chapell and dravid have done it....for india.....
more than anyone else could have done....
ganguly should go take a hike........
bloody politician.....

He deserve that at this time.
I am not saying not to be back to the team. He has to come back both as a good player and leader. Not only being the leader

If sourav has to b there kick out the stupid selectors & give some medical treatment to chappell as crispey_honey said

he has not always been bad in the sport,rather he had never had a great attitudes and was may be for no reason in great terms with people,other thing would be he has his own rules & conditions
But we cannot rule it out that his performance has been bad

He is banned under the note of "OUT OF FORM",whitch is not so correct .The fact is that the "OTHER" 11 players become "OUT OF FORM" because of his presence & so called "POLITICS"

captain means he play and encourage other team mates.but he dont play from few years.what he done he take back into team?presently india team as good captain.any body fails but draid not fail.

HE LOST HIS SELF-CONFIDENCE.
REPEATEDLY FAILED TO SCORE .
ONCE BOARD ADVICE HIM TO PLAY FOR HIS TEAM IN A DOMESTIC TOURNAMENT.
BUT HE REFUSED.
COZ HE KNEW HIS POOR FORM WILL BE REVEALED TO HIS FANS IN THAT TOURNEY.
HE KNOW THAT WHY HE WAS FIRED.
BUT HIS FANS STILL NOT DIGEST THE TRUTH.
