I would usually say AMD, but this one is close..
The Sempron has a weak math coprocessor, Unlike the Amd Athlon, So, Its like having a 3 Ghz Intel Celeron..
The Intel Dual Core 1.66 is theoretically like having the capability of running like two seperate processors.. So, In theory the Intel in this case would be better..
Besides the amd is only a sempron

Sempron is to athlon what celeron is to pentium. The core duo technology is brand new (almost) and is way better(faster more efficient). So it's not even close. Intel in this case

of course i go for the intel core duo 1.66ghz tham amd sempron 1.8 ghz with these so close marginof difference most people will go for the intel
