Forget about him and avoid him, I guess, to keep the feelings from growing (and do try to stop thinking about him too). Your family's worth so much more.

i think 2 forget some1 is not so easy .but dont even forget the current situation .if u go with this guy u would feel ashamed of ur self coz of ur daughter.so think 100 times

Avoid seeing him or communicating with him. It could lead you to temptation..Don't u care for ur family, esp. ur daughter? Are u not afraid of God and His punishment for adulterers?
Revive your romantic relationship with ur husband and pray that you won't fall into temptation...God bless you!
