You should work on your spelling and syntax while you're at it. A private tutor is the best method... get the best one you can afford.

.Your first goal is to understand and to get help understanding what level you are now at, understanding Mathematical skills. You will need tutors, if you can't afford it, try your Campus Union, Library or family and friends that will support you. If your Math skills are not sufficient, you will fail physics unless you have an entry level class. But What About your Chemistry ? you will need that also, So you will have to understand the language of Mathematics to have success in your endeavors

first worry about your spelling and grammatical errors then read a book called Engineering Maths by K.A Stroud. Thats what got me past my engineering honours.

work hard for both math and physics,go to a tutor may be and do ombined study with friends, if all fails, chnage career.

daily practice at least 5 sums of math
and read basics in physics
