Koreans and Chinese have had bad relationship (countrywise.) Wars and stuff. But.......its annoying to be called someone/something your not. And this means the person is full time ignorant. I spoke Chinese in a European country saying I lived in China. Then they ask me why wasn't I speaking Japanese. Wadup with that!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????

Because Koreans came from Korea not China. 2 different areas. That's just as bad as saying, "All spanish speaking people came from Mexico."

cuz thats like super disrespect to them for some reason? i dont get it i called my korean friend a chinese and he got pissed off! i guess it s like mexicans and puerto ricans there all mexicans to me they all came from spain and speak spanish but never ever call a puerto rican a mexican they are worse than koreans because they think that they are better than mexicans i asked one wat was the difference and he said we'er better and he was serious! so maybe koreans are like that? but i guess if someone told me i was from africa i dont think i would get mad cuz its actually true my family was forced here and thats the only reason i was born here. but really i don't know. ask one!

It is no different than when you call a Canadian an American (US citizen). They hate being associated with the other group because they have cultural biases toward the other group.

Asians hate to be considered as stereotype "Chinese". Japanese would be even worse because they believe to be superior
