The BJP is trying to move away from this case. This is a good sign. Probably he will get an unbiased trial. He should be imprisoned according to the law for taking drugs and encouraging drug dealers to do their business.

If u think from only one side, i accept that he should be punish severally but he is not, the only person, there are many people to in the country. so government and we work collectively to eradicated this evil as we are doing in case of polio
