no... intelligence is not a monopoly of a certain race

but each race has their own affinity / monopoly to certain things

ex:
jewish, chinese - economy
african, india - entertainment
brazil - sport, physical arts
european - philosophy

it's a proven fact that people/race living in each geographical locations adapts and evolve differently

ex:
the japanese lives in a harsh island country, with bad weather, bad soil quality and hundreds of war years.. it resulted in a powerful country that nearly conquered asia
....but after decades of pampered living, the japanese generation today is a LOT less competitive

the fact that germans are doing economically is probably the same with what happened to the japanese after they lost WWII, being unable to progress militarily, they had to grow in other directions.

economy is just one of them.

you want to see a tough race? the jewish.

having no country of their own for hundreds of years and being regarded as outsiders wherever they go helped them grow tougher, but less conspicuous

i could go on.. but you get the point

There is a controversial theory from the recent past stating some races and nationailities have better average IQs than others. The experiment, however, is based on not really credible data. According to the result, IQ is a matter of wealth. The countries with the best average are the developed Asian countries, EU countries and North American countries.
My personal opinion is that IQ tests are usualy based on mathematical logic or the kind of logic you aquire at schools, so you can’t rely on them. But I also agree that people with better education can probably use their brains better.

No, but I think some races have a stronger drive to learn than others. I think all races have an equal learning capacity.
