>>>Why do hens only lay at certain times of the year?

They don’t. Trust me, I’ve kept chooks for decades and they lay all year round.

>>>What does the term mean weaner relating to sheep?

A weaner is a lamb that is old enough to stop suckling from its mother and start eating grass for itself. Weaners are often locked in a separate paddock from their mothers to force them to become independent.

>>>Can you name some predatory fish?

Pike, marlin, piranha.

A 4 wheel tractor is a conventional tractor.

A 2 wheeler is more like a motorised wheelbarrow.

The operator walks behind the machine holding the handles and steers it that way. Two wheelers can still be fitted with slashers, spray tanks, disk ploughs and so forth but they are basically motorised wheelbarrows and the operator has to walk and steer just as she would a wheelbarrow or lawnmower.

A visit to howstuffworks.com would be far more enlightening than anything I could write here.
