I met this girl and we use to chat on Yahoo, then she went crazy. I put her on ignore, and even reported her as spam, and her crazy messages are still getting through. What can I do?

Getting some great feedback. I did everything that everybody is suggesting, and even put her on the ignore list in different ways, just in case she tried that too, and her nasty IM's are still getting through.

Hi,
Yahoo Messenger Help recommends this:
When you ignore a contact, you always appear offline to the contact. They cannot view your status or send you an IM.
You must delete the contact from your Messenger List in order to ignore them.
To ignore a contact:
Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Preferences."
Click the "Ignore List" category.
Select the option labeled "Ignore only the people below."
Click the "Add" button.
Enter the Yahoo ID of the contact you want to ignore.
Click the "Ignore" button.
Click "OK" at the bottom of the window.
You can ignore up to 100 contacts.
Note: To remove a contact from your Ignore List, select the ID and click the "Remove" button.
To ignore someone who is not on your Messenger List:
Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Preferences."
Click the "Ignore List" category.
Select the option labeled "Ignore anyone who is not on my Messenger List."
Click "OK" at the bottom of the window.

If Yahoo! can't fix it, do it yourself. Tell her to back off and get a life. Spam always work, but if it doesn't, maybe you can try visiting the site you got the spam then ask for an upgrade.

open the yahoo messenger, choose Messenger on the top of the window, select preferences, on the left side, you will see an ignore list, select it and add the disturbing person's id.Thats all!

ignore her. don't reply. eventually she'll go away.
also, report your problems with messenger...keep bugging them until they come up with a fix or reason.

i cant trace out the problem. bcz if u ignore once the particular id wil be blocked to ur id. so u wont get it after tat.
i think u havnt ignored tat grls id properly. tats the problem i hope...

no clue ........but u could try adding and ignoring her again and then reporting for spam and then u could try to apper invisible to her permanently
