Actually, the ECUs are not all the same.
From a post on 2GNT.com:
"95 ECUs are completely different from the 96-99s. Different connector, different size, different smog standard, different flash rom, extra pins, missing pins... -thedawg"
You need to look for a 95 ECU. Try www.car-part.com. Be sure to specify if it is California or Federal, and Manual or Auto.

I would think the 95-99 models would all be the same ecu as they are all basically the same body/engine with the exception of slight changes in the front and rear bumpers

Get the VIN for your vehicle. Call your local dealer and ask for the part number for your specific vehicle. Also ask for all the old part numbers as well. If you are junk yard searching this is your best bet. However, ask your dealer for prices, the prices have all recently dropped on these things.
