This seems to be the upcoming, yuppie area of Riverside County. So what's the big attraction ? Is it a good place to live ? Any businesses up there ? etc.

Chino Hills is far enough away from LA to be reasonably priced, but close enough to be a feasible commute to points in LA County.

There are a lot of newer shopping plazas near the 60 and 71 fwys. They have everything from Beverages & More, Best Buy, Nordstrom Rack, and a slew of other big box retailers.

Essentially, it's undergone a rapid gentrification and is starting to look like a Orange County, with a lower median income.

Chino Hills...I think rich people live there, and it is actually one of the good places to live in LA.
