Such a notice should be taken seriously but get the facts. Find out for yourself what the offense is before making a decision. A government agency's definition of dangerous is far too broad to take at face value.
Many dangerous offenders, as part of their parole, are prohibitted from living near small children, even their own. So again, check the facts and make an informed decision.

0% I don't believe what the Government says because I read their inflated statistics continuously. The pull these statistics out of their A**.
I would meet the person, get to know them and make up my own mind. The Government will never control my mind. God tells me how to treat people and that is who I follow. The Greater Power and he is ashamed of what this country has become with these sex offender issues!

I vote AwesomeBill, truly awesome!
have the people lost their common sense? why do you need the government telling you what to do, or to trust it or not?
McDonalds cant serve big portions, Doctor must give you 10 pills a day, now the sex offender next door is dangerous. Common sense tells us McDonalds is fattening and unhealthy..don't eat too much, pills cant do everything and cant substitute healthy eating and living, and if a sex offender lives next door, don't go alone over at his house at night for coffee (especially if you're a woman) and don't let him babysit your kids!
come on people, you don't have to have a degree in this and you don't need to be a rocket scientist!

Yes I believe them 100% that a sex offender is there. Here in Phoenix, they send a flyer when that occurs to everyone in the immediate area including their picture.
Now do I believe they will commit a similar crime? I personally think maybe 75% will but the statistics indicate it at about 95%.

50%...I believe that the government would have no reason to lie about the fact that the offender lives there, but I don't trust that they would protect us from the offender at all times...depends on what you mean by trust I guess.

You should believe it. Not that you should haras the neighbor but be aware that something could happen so do not take chanses. They are around and they quite often repeat their actions. Why would the governmenat lie about this?
