Although, the strict average normal weight for infants or one yr. olds depends on many factors such as country, race, genetic make.up etc.
but going by your Q. in broad terms, average weight for a one year old should be plus minus 10 kilograms.
If you really worry then the Best way would be to take baby to a Pediatrician & get opinion from Pediatrician.

The weight depends on the height of the child because a 5 5 woman shouldn't weigh the same thing as a 4 9 women. So if you get the height of your child than I can tell your how much they should weigh

How much does she weigh? My daughter was on the small side, she didn't weigh 20 pounds until she was almost 2. She is 6 now and only weighs about 32 pounds. The key is to go by the percentile chart your pediatrician has in her records. MY daughter has always tracked at or below the 5th percentile, so her growth is normal for her. What they worry about is if your child has always tracked at a high percentile, then drastically falls to a lower one. ie, if your child was always the 90th percentile and then suddenly is only at the 5th percentile. Or even vice versa, if your child tracks at a low one then jumps up to a high percentile. My daugther is the tiniest one in her class so I worry, but this is how the Dr.'s explain it to me, they always assure me she is fine. If this doesn't help with your concern, it wouldn't hurt to make an appt. with your pediatrician and ask him/her.

Run a search on growth charts (the kind with the development curves that the doctors use) and see what percentile your daughter falls into.
