If you are allowed by law to be able to marry another in your country and your religion, I don't see why there would be a problem with dating other people and possibly marry them, if your wife moved 3 years ago, I would say you suffered enough, time to live again. Go out and have fun.

so what if you're moslem, does that not make you a normal human being who should live with some morals? would you be happy if she had sexual needs and married someone in france for 2 years? or even worse, fulfilled her sexual needs with a few men and then came back to you? she's a moslem.... but you wouldn't take her back then, would you?
use your hands and make yourself happy....

Surely you must have discussed this before she went. Have you tried talking to her about how you feel? Perhaps you can meet one another half way. It seems a bit hard on her if you both agreed she go for the sake of earning money to keep the family. I think you need to to look at why you married her in the first place. Talk it over.

True, Islam allows a man to have more than one wife. But it must be done for the right reasons (simply satisfying your lust is not one of them!) and should take into consideration the following verse from the Quran:
"And among His Signs is this: that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may dwell in tranquillity with them, and He has put love and mercy between your (hearts): verily in that are Signs for those who reflect". (030.021)
If, by taking another wife, you cannot "dwell in tranquility" with your present wife, then you should not marry another.
Discuss with your wife first. Make sure she has no objections and be sure that you have valid reasons to take a second wife.

you should have thought about your sexual needs before she left. I know that as a Muslim you can marry again but at least have the decency to ask her and if she agrees, then OK. If she doesn't then you need to fast more until she gets back

Before you decide to marry another, talk to your wife. It is clear you love her and want only her. She needs to be there with you and the children.
