Apple Juice has pectins that are wonderful for detoxifying the body but most every fruit has pectins in the skin. Throw in a carrot or some other veggie in your fruit and you can get the health benefits of carrots or some other fruit too.Find out what is good for you. Add cinnamon to any fruit and it will calm the strong taste of any juice you make down a little bit. You can make juice with a juicer you can get anywhere but I have found it is a lot of work. You have to do a lot of cleaning. It has to become a lifestyle change.
