I used to DJ the karaoke show in the bar that was in the basement of the buiding where I worked my day job. I loved it! I've been told that I do a good job of singing too, but then people could just be trying to make me feel good when, in reality, I sound like someone is strangling a cat.

A female co-worker and I used to perform Meatloaf's "Paradise By The Dashboard Light" for our friends...it always brought the house down. People would invite us to their karaoke parties just to perform that song!

I've come in second or third in a couple of competitions but I haven't won one yet. When we have friends over, or go to parties at other people's houses, there is always karaoke going on and the machine will give you a score from 0 to 100. We always try to see who will get the top score...and it's usually me!!! I've even hit 100 on two occasions!

I'm a musician, and was always a bit of a snob about Karaoke. However we found a karaoke bar on my mates stag do a few months ago, and, given the occasion, made an exception. It was lots of fun but we sounded absolutley awful. I think the finest moment came when we performed YMCA, in fancy dress, not realising that there was a group in for a gay fellas birthday. Talk about putting out the wrong signals!

i guess i can say yes (did karaoke at school) my buddy and i did "American Pie" by Madonna... it was super fun because we did drive a bunch of people away, and got a few hecklers... we also used to do a diffrent Tom Jones song a week... that was fun, but now i have a deep "barry white" voice so its not so cute and funny...

I did sing at karaoke in a bar. I was to drunk to form an opinion. I do know that if I wasn't drunk, I would not have done it.
