There are currently at least 4 major hotels that offer an area of their pool decks for topless sunbathing: Caesars Palace, Mandalay Bay, Stratosphere, and Wynn Las Vegas. Of course you have to be a registered guest at these hotels to use their pools so if you aren't staying at one, you'll have to keep your top on!

As stated in another response there are several hotels that offer poolside topless sunbathing and at all you must be a hotel guest to take advantage of their facilities EXCEPT The Stratosphere, you can go to that one as a visitor and women are free! Men do have to pay $10 I think? Take a look at their website for Beach Club 25.

Of course you can! So long as it's in private and the public can't see you. Then it's only legal if you charge admission, and check ID's. The answer to your question is, you can sunbathe nude wherever you want, but if you're in public you may face certain consequences, and the laws forbid children to see gratuitous boobies and genitals. However you are your own free agent! I say you should get naked on the plane ride over just to spice things up a bit. I'll even go nekkid-ing with you. I might cop a feel though.

However us aliens don't tan well, but our genitals are hidden inside like a dog's penis, so I'll be safe.

Mandalay Bay has several pools including a topless pool. Men have to pay to get in and no families allowed.
