You have to go to Lilycove City to be able to blend berries. The old contest locations are replaced by Battle Tents. The only Contest Building is now in Lilycove, where all contest ranks can be played. Oh, and after you beat the Pokemon League keep an eye on televisions. There may be a broadcast about a Master Blender coming to Hoenn. It will give you a two or three days notice before he arrives. When the day comes, head to the Contest building and look for the old man being surrounded by a crowd of people. With his help you can blend the smoothest and highest level blocks for you Pokemon.

here's where the berry blenders are found-
slateport pokemon contest hall-2 people +u=3 people
vendanturf contest hall-1 man+u=2 people
fallarbor contest hall-1 man+u=2 people
lilly cove contest hall-3 people+u =4 people
each texture of the pokeblock depends on the blender
personally i use the lillycove contest hall for my pokeblocks
