I'm a math teacher and i want to give my students that would energize them than the usual way of computing and solving merely on their seats. Could you give me innovations wherein my students will be thrilled and will not be bored

Nice, have students prove Fermat's Last Theorem...

My math teacher showed us some videos about math on days when we weren't really doing much. One was called "Donald Duck in Mathmagic Land". Another was called "The Story of 1" hosted by Terry Jones (from Monty Python) and was really funny yet informative. He also showed us a clip from "In The Navy" starring Abbot and Costello where they prove that 13*7=28. Interestingly enough, this was a Calculus BC class...

hey mate,
if your looking for an interesting theoretical mathematical problem, give this baby a crack,

Prove, that for x,y,z being real numbers and n being a real positive integer, then the equation,

x^n + y^n = z^n

only has real solutions for n <=2.
