How do you imagine the characteristics of the inhabitants of higher planets?

Higher planets mean:where material facilities and characteristics are better and more perfect:while we are struggling with our petrol problem,there,they move around at the speed of thought,in vehicles that change color and shape as they wish:rose flower,lotus etc..their appearance is of exquisite kind:no need for make up,and rejuvenating creams:they look fresh all the time.Their clothes:of best kind of silk,made by craftsmen or women,with such dexterity of inimaginable kind.Their towns and cities:of perfect design,with musicians and poets all free to dance and sing all day long.Diseases:inexistant..death:just like changing clothes....

When you say "higher" i'm going to assume further away from the Earth and the Sun.

Mars, being the next planet "higher", I think would inhabit creatures that are chamelion like rock golems. Large rock men that could blend in perfectly with the barren surface. They hide from us, and cannot be spotted much like big-foot, the sasquatch or yeti. These Rock-men would also eat rocks since that's what seems to litter the planet's surface. They excrete iron powder which is shortly oxidized. This is why much of the planet's surface appears red. In the polar icecaps, there are Ice versions of these Rock-men which are as white as the ice around them, of course. They are highly intellegent and live in social groups, much like the Earthbound Gorrilla. They have no known predators and have taken over the Martian landscape, competing with one another, gangs fight eternal wars on the red planet. These are a Cannibalistic species. They reproduce very sparingly.

On Jupiter, There would be flying blimps that resemble our own box jellyfish. These are organic creatures that live for thousands of years. Floating around in the storms of Jupiter collecting bacteria, and minerals from the swirling atmosphere. These behemoth spongeiforms can be popped by their nemesis the "Needlers" which attack at high speed in groups, devouring the whale like blimps. They are intelligent and communicate using vibrations and light shows from their bio-luminecent bodies.

Deeper inside Jupiter in the metalic core of liquid are other Swimming Metallic beetles and worms.

There is actually more advanced life on Titan and Europa, two of Jupiter's Moons, I would speculate. On Titan there are Lava Sprites and Lava men who build houses out of pyroclastic material and eat firebugs. in the Seas of Europa there are Giant Killer Whales, Mermen, Mermaids and cities like Atlantis. Not to mention superpredators like Kraken sized Octopus and Squid and Loch Ness Monsters

On Saturn, I have no idea.

On Uranus there would be crystalline creatures, that are like Sea Urchins, that could pop around the surface, reaching heights of hundreds of feet, using compressed gas explosions. There are Humanoid like creatures that act much like early hominid man (the missing link) and they eat these crystal urchins, cracking the thick shard covered shell using crude tools. These Blue Uranians are intellegent and can communicate through crystal vibration and tones. These are some of the most beautiful musical sounds in the universe.

on Neptune the fastest creature in the known Galaxy exists. The Neptunian Falcon, capable of flying around in wind currents in excess of 1000 miles per hour. Diving in on the lower atmosphere which has field mice with very sticky feet, so that they do not get blown away in Neptune's windy climate. The Falcon would be able to fly against the current of a Category 5 tornado here on Earth at about 50 miles per hour. They use an organic ramjet propulsion in combination with minimal surface exposed to the wing, they swallow the storm and use it to their advantage. With the wind on their side, these creatures can completely circumnavigate Neptune in about an two earth hours.
Otherwise Neptune is known as a windsurfing destination by thrill seking aliens, and is home to various getaway resorts for adrenaline junkies.

On Pluto, there is no natural life. But Aliens from other Solar Sytems have set up an observation platform to observe earth. These are the one's that abduct humans and fly around in their flying saucers. Planet X beyond that, and other planetoids in that asteroid belt past pluto are actually asteroid mining colonies, and camoflaged space ships for some unknown alien agenda.
