i am going on holiday and i havent half put on some weight! could you help me?

Hey, your question seems to be very ridiculous. In just two days how would you possibly dream to lose weight as per your expectations. -- Without doing any exercise!!! You must be out of your minds. If you are thinking of using pills then you are harming your body and if you do starve without eating then you will land up in bed or in hospital. Make a plan to stay fit. Eating doesn't mean that you will gain weight. Eating and regular exercises should go hand in hand.

In two days? Not really possible, I'm afraid, unless you take sh#tloads of billy whizz, which isn't advisable. Dont starve yourself cos you'll just slow your metabolism right down then when you do eat it'll pile back on. Best thing to do for your holiday is forget about your weight and believe that you look good. If you act like your gorgeous, everyone will believe that too.

I hate to say it, but I'm sure this holiday hasn't exactly snuck up on you, and the following advice is not going to thrill you:
The fact is you can't possibly lose weight in 2 days. Anything you do lose with laxatives, not drinking water, eating etc will go straight back on as soon as you have your first holiday meal/cocktail etc.

Enjoy the holiday and stop worrying.

I honestly don't think is will be poss to loose weight in 2 days but try exersice and half your meals do a lot of walking aswell as that hepled me when i was loosing weight .Good luck and have a great holiday

Well if you intend on losing weight in 2 days, your wishes are certainly unrealistic.That is super unhealthy and not a long term fix to your weight problem.Try eating better and exercising to begin a healthier 'diet' to give you long term results.Begin this soon and start to lose weight.Your 'holiday' will be a lot more enjoyable if you start to feel better by exercising and eating more healthy meals.

You cannot possibly loose weight without exercising. Exercising and a well planned Diet go hand in hand. Try reducing your carbs and fat gram intake. you'll see the difference within those 2 days. Maintain your diet even after you are on your trip you will see the difference

ur cutting it a bit short but don't starve urself or take laxatives coz that is a reli bad thing to do and u'll put more weight on wen u start eating again...

try eating stuff like figs and prunes they help u lose weight quickly

You can't lose weight in 2 days. Put on a self-tan as this can give the illusion that you are slimmer. Wear a sarong to hide your lumpy bits. Just go and enjoy yourself.

just put it down as a bad year for holiday snaps,and get yourself ready for next year slow and steady is the only way to lose weight,and keep it off.but hey have a good holiday
