Show her love and respect for the person that she is. Be there for her to lean on. Don't over crowd her - give her space too.

Why dont you talk to her and find out what is making her unhappy. Then you can do something to address the problem.
If she isnt unhappy.. then find out what she likes to do and treat her to a nice surprise once in a while. To make her feel special, tell her you love her and how important she is to you.
