i usually playthis first one .... a barre chord is harder

the first site (christianguitar) shows pics of someone actually playing the chord. The second site shows many variations of different chords and you can even do a reverse search to find a chord name

playing in a different "key" means you have to use a capo or tune you're guitar different...if you're looking to play a C chord...this is how..0 represents an open string. 1 =first fret pressed, 2 equals 2nd fret pressed, etc.

second string (1st fret) fourth string (second fret) fith string (on 3rd fret) you can also add the 6th string (on 3rd fret) if you want. it gives the chord a fuller sound. it isn't called "key c" but is called "C" chord. i hope this helps you - good luck !
