It is going to rain in the UK, either on the land or over the sea or, and this is the most likely scenario, in both areas. The water droplets will precipitate from passing clouds - no, not the cigarettes (remember them?) - and fall upon the surface below.

I think the same could apply to most countries of the world.

I'm not entirely sure that anyone can say exactly where it's going to rain, however, I find these new fangled weather forecasts on television can sometimes give you a clue. They are often found at the end of news items.

Here in New Hampshire it tends to rain 5 out of 7 days throughout May and June. :-(

If you really want to know watch the Weather Channel or read the Farmers Almanac. They are pretty accurate.
