You may not need anyone to get it. If you spread mothballs all over, start under house, sheds, etc., and then work your way out. Their sense of smell can't tolerate the scent. If you want to call someone, call animal control. If you can't find the number, call your local police or fire station.

i live on a farm in so cal, many snakes and such. i call the fire dept, or the police if its in the house. there was a rattler in the den last yr
