Eat more food than you burn energy. Im not saying eat junk, Im saying eat MORE. Exercising or not has nothing to do with getting fat. I exercise all the time, and I am fat. Its the food I eat.

Dear Eat 4 Bananas every day with a glass of milk .Do it till the time you feel you have started getting fats on ur body.
Also eat a lot of protein diet.
You can also consult a dietician to gain weight.

U can be fat by actually excercising and building muscles. Muscles weigh more than fats. Throught excersing, u will gain weight.
