Not this time around. 2004 showed that the "third" way is so fractured that the Independent Party had members sue each in several states just to get a name on a ballot. The Green Party decided to get a candidate on the ballot in several states, as well, and even they had their own intra-party squabble as to who that should be, whether Nader, or the chairman at the time.

I'd like to see it , but no-one is on the radar at this point. After the way Clinton and the media riduculed Perot's running mate (a genuine war hero, by the way), who wants to take the flack that a third party candidate will draw?

I hope so. We desperately need a 3rd party debating. This 2 party **** has really gotten us into a lot of ****, and doesn't show many signs of remedying and of it!!!! It is a shame only the rich have a chance at leading us, and they are only out for themselves, saying whatever to get in, then doing absolutely nothing for us. Where the hell is Lincoln and Teddy when we need them.

we will never have a viable third party as long as we have a winner take all, no points for 2nd place system for electing officials.
Only parliameantary systems are ment for multi-party system.
