I used to want to be a doctor/surgeon.
I had always been sucessful in school. Then I had an injury and missed a lot of school, even with tutors I failed. I didn't know how to cope with failure and went into a downward spiral. I ended up dropping out of school.
I got my GED the year I was supposed to graduate, and got my high school diploma in 2004 (23 years later). I am now in college and looking forward to a career in the medical field, but I will always wonder what would have happened if....

I wish i had pursued Early Childhood Education and i would have been a teacher now ( I love kids). But i discovered too late in college what i really wanted and decided to finish my major since i was almost done. But after i get my bachelor's degree this fall, i am going to graduate school for teaching. :-0)

Archealogist, got accepted to college of my choice but even though i hadn't lived with my father for 2 years because i was 17 they counted his income and therefore i could get any financial aid and didn't get to go.

I wanted to be a screenplay writer. Its a hard business to get into. Instead I plan parties and do catering. But I still write things. I want to make them into animated shorts.
