why do people take this question thing so seriously and get angry when they think people answer questions stupidly? does it really matter?

Well, it really angers me when i ask a serious question that i REALLY need an answer to, that i have searched and searched for answers to, and some *** answers "dunno, don't care" What the...? Why did that person waste their time just to be rude? But i don't fly off the handle with rage at it.
If it seems the person wanted a goofy response, or if they're just plain weird (ME WantiNG DorjG?// HoeLP!" and "I can't have sex with my parrot?") They're just asking for a weird response from the masses. (and yes, i do keep in mind that it isn't just english speaking natives on here, and don't just goof-off on the bad english questions)
I assume that's what you meant, but you could have meant it in another way. Like people who answer, "What the f*** is wrong with you idiots, the answer is .....". I've seen people do that too.....wierdo's....But yes, i totally agree with you. But keep in mind, that it does matter to a lot of people. They came here to seek answers to their questions, and are sometimes met with sarcasm.

I believe the nature of the response is directly related to the nature of the question. If a person is seriously trying to find information, and i can help, then i will do so in a coherent and curteous fashion. And i enjoy doing that. But some questions literally BEG for a dumbass response.....and i am always willing to oblige.
(By the way, you asked serious questions, spelled everything correctly, and didn't once ask whether or not your avatar was cute, so you didn't get a dumbass response. I hope that is ok.)

I treat this question thing like a game....it's all good fun. Sometimes I answer a question seriously and sometimes I goof around.......also I have never reported anyone.

Some people obviously want serious answers because they've posted a serious question. I'm different though because if i want serious answers, i just ignore the stupid answers or just laugh about it.
