Hell yessss, and it applies to the adultery laws in divorce cases too. I know for a fact, because I am going thru one now. he cheated online so I filed for divorce. Because cybering leads to reality cheating. And if you have to cheat even if it is only cybering, then you don't need to be with the one you are with. So do your spouse or significant other a favor, and leave before you cheat.
