a syringe with a little water will dislodge it. you are using a tampon that is too absorbent for your needs. this can lead to toxic shock syndrome which is not a good thing. your tampon got stuck because it got dried out and stuck to your skin. if this doesn't work, don't feel embarrassed to go to the dr. i say, if you pay your money for a service, it's none of their damn business what it is for. lol. come on now, being female puts us in a whole lot of prediciments

Soak in the tub then gently pull. If this does not work you need to seek medical attention and quit using tampons for enjoyment purposes.

First off, its never really stuck. Find a way to moisten your vagina to allow it to unravel and slowly (usually with a lubed finger) reach in and pull it out. If that doesn't work you have to see a doctor cause you must be high. Also don't use them, they are a plug for disease and bacteria and cause infection. You're suppose to flow normally and clogging it up with paper only causes harm.

Try to get your fingers around it and gently pull it out. If you are having trouble getting your fingers deep enough, ask a very good friend to retrieve it for you. Make sure that he/she washes their hands before sticking them in your vagina.

I've never had that happen but if you can't get it out you need to go to the ER and get it removed. You don't want to get toxic shock syndrome!
