I have sent a text message to a person that I decided I didn't want them to have to read. Is it possible to get the message back so they won't be able to read it?

Not unless you know their password and user name and log into their messenger.

I once sent a horrible message about my boss to my boss on accident. It was supposed to go to a coworker...lol. So I ran down the hall and he was filing some blueprints ad jumped on his computer and deleted it...close call. Good luck with yours.
