IN SOME PLACES, THE SAME AS A WAITRESS. DEALERS EARN VERY GOOD TIPS AT THE TABLE. AND LETS NOT FORGET THAT SOME DEALERS WHO ALSO HOST A POKER PARTY GET A CUT OF EACH POT.

Agggghhh...

dealers make most of their wage in tips (in USA),
as is customary to tip the dealer after a big pot win
@ a ring table.

WSOP dealers etc, arn't allowed tips (and who would give valuable chips away in a tourny!).
