what a good color for the prom?

Wear a white tuxe, with a lime green tie and cumberbun (sp?). That would be nice. Or, like Usher (the singer), wear white with pink accessories. I've noticed a lot of young lads these days are wearing brightly colored suits to the prom. I find this rather tacky, and feel that your date should have the colorful attire, not you. A nice basic color suit is more appropriate, followed by updating your tie and cumberbun with funky colors that young lads wear in these days and times. Remember, you do not want to clash with your prom date. For instance, if she is wearing hot pink, and you are wearing orange, it may look hideous. Your best bet would be to go to a tuxedo rental place and get some styling assistance. If a local tailor is making your tuxe, ask for his/her advice, and do a yahoo "image" search for tuxedos. I f u wanna stand out go for loud colours like white,red or similar colours if u want to be average go for cream,skyblue etc then if u want to be unnoticed go for grey, black etc I recomend White and a few blue so that u can stand out but not too loud. Have a good time!!

ask ur date what color her dress is and then get a black tux with some color of ur dates dress. try to match her. or if ur the dramatic all out there kinda guy....get funky and just have a blast.
