I think if it specifies business attire too, So keep it simple with a full-sleeved white shirt with blackish trousers, should not look all neat and clean, prim and proper.

It depends on what kind of office, A sweater vest over a light blue shirt with grey or black slacks like Dockers. Dress shoes rather than athletic shoes. Black socks.

1st of all make sure that you don't have BO, so have a shower in the morning, make sure your breath smells nice. dress as if you were going on a first date. good luck.
