I think Landen is more of a girl's name---maybe because I know a few girls by that name. I can't really see it used for a boy.
And, as far as Landen Lane goes, I agree with all the others.

sorry I do not like it, I saw the question and read it as Laden Lane, maybe it is me, I also think it sounds like a street, like make a left on landen lane... sorry.

it does sound like a street, i think lane is a bad choice for a middle name.
