Have you tried Visibly Even (advertised by Gabriel Union) it helped lighten my complexion and even out the tone.

i wouldsay darken the rest of your body or wear a mask! lol! but seriously theres some cover up that actually will lighten your skin! good luck. p.s. my sis has that problem too.

Either apply somekind of base makeup, or tan the rest of your skin. Maybe apply sunscreen to your face to prevent it from tanning.
