I am currently a music student at USC, however I am not sure if want to persue a career in music as a full time job. If i decide to go into Business doing Sales or Marketing, can I do this with a music degree from USC?

Yeah, there are people with no degrees at all.

A degree from USC is a degree from USC.

Maybe get an unpaid internship while your still in school so you can get some work experience.
