I think it really just depends on the person. I personally enjoy the park, I know people that didn't really like the park. I also know some people that enjoyed it, but really didn't think it was worth the cost. So, it really just depends on what you like and enjoy.

Now that Dolly is out on the road a little less, you are more likely to get to see her in the park. So if you are a Dolly fan, that is a big plus. They have some really good food, although pretty heavy, delicious. You also have the people in the park doing different crafts and things like that.

The rides are a lot of fun and you have a lot of different options as far as rides. The shows are also really good. You have a show based on songs from the 50s and 60s, you also have some different country style shows as well some history on Dolly.

Again, I really enjoy the park. The best way to see if you will like it is to go to their website and look over everything that is there. You can then see if it will be enjoyable to you.

All the shows in the area really great as well and Dixie Stampede is also a lot of fun. I think you will have a great time!

I forgot to ad the link to the Dollywood website. I'm sure you have it, but it is still a good thing to look over: http://dollywood.com/

Well, first of all, Dollywood is in Pigeon Forge, not Gatlinburg. I've been there and really enjoyed it. The landscaping is wonderful and there are some great rides. The shows are also great. I don't know if its' still there, but there used to be a theater called the "Kinfolks Stage" at which all of the acts were relatives of Dolly.
