Well I have this friend who had her parents not die but they aren't around as much as they should be. And they aren't being parents! So now she smokes,drinks,does pot,and dresses totally HOE!!!! She applies heavy make-up and no one does anything! But don't call the police they won't do anything you should confront them yourself! And if that doesn't work go to a therapist or something tell your friends to stop for a second and go to a shrink or something!
