Do you want to look bigger or _be_ bigger? Good posture will help you look bigger, but to actually get bigger shoulders you will need to (a) eat well (look up bodybuilding and diet and you will find information on macro nutrition -- generally 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 20% fats is accepted as being a good way to go) and (b) exercise your shoulder muscles.

To exercise your shoulder muscles I suggest you get a pair of dumb bells (or go to a gym) and do some form of "pressing" exercise (dumb bell presses) as well as some lateral raises (look these up, there's lots of info on them on the internet).

This will give you bigger shoulders. You will see a difference in a month, and a big difference in 2-3 months.

Shoulder. We call it deltoids in human anatomy. There are three deltoids, that is what you see a well developed shoulder. Anterior deltoid, medial deltoid and posterior deltoid.

The best method is to adopt weight training. Yoga wont do much for hypertrophy OK.

Here I suggest some work out for each deltoid.

Anterior deltoid - All chest work out invariably involve this. Apart from this go for over head military press and frontal barbell raise too.

Medial deltoid - Dumb bell lateral raises. Or nautical lateral raise machines.

Posterior deltoid - Rear deltoid flyes.

These will help you to have great shoulder.

Overhead Press
Variations:
Military Press
Shoulder Press Machine

Stand/sit with feet shoulder-width apart. Start with barbell OR dumbbells at eye level, hands wider than shoulders and arms at 90-degree angle. Slowly push weight over head (keep the weight slightly forward in front of head so you can see it out of the corner of your eye) and lower back until elbows are at 90 degree angles (like a goal post).

Yoga will work the best. In fact in last month's yoga journal they had a whole article on shoulders. Improving posture will work the best.
