None. Speed limits are for public roads where everyone can drive. Speed limits are laws made by each state and are to ensure safety on roads for all. The daytona speedway is a place where ONLY professional racecar drivers can drive special cars. It is created to go as fast as possible to win the race. The speedway is not flat, it is a circle, set at an angle to increase speed and ensure that the cars stay on the raceway (prevents fliping over).
