In general, I don't think so. But there probably is some gym somewhere in this world that does have a height requirement. This would be rare.

No, but usually speaking a bachelor of science degree is required (preferrably in physical education, biology, etc.)

there is no such height requirement but yeah..you should have full knowledge about your work as this work is related to body and any mistake can harm your health

if there is, you can sue them. it's illegal to discriminate in hiring on the basis of any physical characteristic...even stuff like blindness. check the americans with disabilities act.
