Is the singapore labour laws allow employers the right to hire and fire?

Hmmm... Well, if they couldn't hire, then there wouldn't be ANY workers at all, would there?

Don't know what the rules are on termination but my guess would be that Singapore doesn't grant any particualr rights to employees. If so, then employers can probably fire with impunity.
