In Internet Explorer, go to Tools->Internet Options. Click on the content tab, then on Clear AutoCorrect entries? (I am not using a PC right now). That erases typed text fields. If you want to erase all of your browsing tracks, go back to the general page. Click on Erase History. In the box that pops up, click on erase history. Confirm by clicking OK. Then click on Erase Cookies. Confirm by clicking OK. Then click on Erase Files. In the box that pops up, check the Delete all offline files (won't erase anything but browser tracks). Click OK. Close the Internet Options and Internet Explorer. Relaunch Internet Explorer and everything should be erased. For Firefox, open preferences. Goto the privacy tab and click on settings. In the box that pops up, select all the check boxes except for saved passwords and ask me before clearing private data. If clear private data when closing Firefox is checked, when you close Firefox, all of your tracks will be erased. For Safari on Mac, click on Safari->Empty Cache->OK. Then click on Safari->Reset Safari->OK. If you want, click on the Private Browsing, and nothing will be saved, stored, or cached at all. Hope this helps.
