Where is the hearse in GTA: Liberty Stories on psp?

This is the only vehicle I need for the love media challenge.

The hearse is not to hard,You go to the north side of the hospital in portland it spawns there regularly.If it is locked , blow it up,drive,or hide,listen to music ,to kill a min. of time ,come back...wala it reapears with the door unlocked,that is rare for it to be locked .Sometime if you drive away an come back after 3 or 4 blocks then drive back slowly that hearse an other rides will spawn better,an will be there when you arrive.thats a hint about all rides that spawn.Why...dunno...just a GTA thing!
