About seven years ago I had a game on my PC that I liked to play, but I can't remember the name of it. The player was a black female law enforcement kind of person. You had to run around the streets completing missions, killing criminals, find weapons etc. She could slide along the telephone wires connecting buildings together. The city was dark, I think the game was set at night. Erm, I can't remember anything else about it at the moment.
Does anyone remember this game?

It's not Oni or QnA, but thanks for the suggestions.

It certainly sounds to me like Urban Chaos which was turned out on both the PC and the PS1 (and later the Dreamcast).

If this is the game, it was written by Mucky Foot Productions and published by Eidos and came out in November 1999.

You might also be interested that a new Urban Chaos title is up for imminent release, but I can't tell you what sort of genre it'll be in.

Can't think of much else that'll be of any use.

"You're under Arrest"... if your heroine rookie copper had to under go a driving test and H2H Combat training. before getting let loose on Missions.

In some missions you'd play the bad guys...? This sound right?

Then it's definitely Urban Chaos.
