2. they want to attract sexual attention
3. they dont concider the fact that children are watching this and thinking it's ok, when it's NOT!

whats a top dress? some girls show a little of their underwear because they want to be sexy, and to feel sexy. some people think its cute, some think its nasty. depends on who you are i guess.

It's perhaps becasue they don't really care about people seeing it or perhaps because they are sluts (big time!!!) but you know you shouldn't let that affect you too much. let them do waht they want and let them go to hell!!!
