windows does not have a scanner program, it is a secondary software

Do you mean there is a inbuilt scanner program in Win95 which is not present in Win 98?
Please name the Scanner Program.
I am sure it must be available in Win98 if you can go through Add/Remove programs.

I have Windows XP and you can only get it if you are a Windows 95 user. You can install it.

are you jessica's brother?? well my suggestion is that you can buy a mindows XP installation cd and install it in your computer or you could download a software from the internet...
