Ummm... sounds like a play on the song "This Little Light of Mine." If that's the intention, each verse should be like that...
This brilliant mind of mine, I'm gonna let it shine
This brilliant mind of mine, I'm gonna let it shine
This brilliant mind of mine, I'm gonna let it shine
Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.
Rot in front of the TV, no! I'm gonna let it shine
Rot in front of the TV, no! I'm gonna let it shine
Rot in front of the TV, no! I'm gonna let it shine
Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.
This brilliant mind of mine, I'm gonna let it shine
This brilliant mind of mine, I'm gonna let it shine
This brilliant mind of mine, I'm gonna let it shine
Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.
Waste life on booze and drugs, no! I'm gonna let it shine
Waste life on booze and drugs, no! I'm gonna let it shine
Waste life on booze and drugs, no! I'm gonna let it shine
Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine.
and so on.

"This Brilliant mind of Mine, I'm going to let it Shine!"
Sounds like a twist on old themes: "A silent brilliance does the world no good." Which is a combination of two older themes: "What Have I got to offer the world?" and "The squeeky wheel gets the Oil!"
Think about those two questions and create an Outline. Here is an example:
I. Being good at something (Music, Art, Math, etc.) ie, "This Brilliant Mind"
a) How it affects other people in a positive way
2. How you're going to share this with the world (Through Work, Projects, presentations) ie, Starting a Company, Creating Music, or Making a movie, Documentary, running for Office, etc.)
a)Effects on others
1. Changing mentalities that are detrimental to society
2. Having people notice you, your work or what you stand for.
3. Creating an Impact or Making your mark on this world.
a)Time restraints
1. We don't live for ever
2. Creating an Empire, Legacy or Legend.
b)Having people continue your work and ideas
"Aim for the sky, you might hit a mountain!" is an inspiring quote for just one person to accomplish great things.
Sum up by comparing yourself with another great person and say that in "such a way I also plan to succeed."
"The world needs more people like me..."
"If everyone thought like me.."
these are some other quotes that sound conceited, but bring up a case, that can be argued positively.
Good Luck on your paper.

Necessity is the mother of invention...tell how you thought of some inventions for things you were doing or wanted to do. Include really dumb ideas that you thought up as well and why it dawned on you how dumb they were. Be sure to say how you'll never stop being open to inventing or thinking up solutions for problems.
